The Kent County Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee is offering its next class on September 17th at Grotto Pizza in Dover!
Taught by Michael Rushe of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork, and Fisher, he will be teaching a module 6 course titled Landlord Tenant Code. The class will run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with lunch being served from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, provided by KCAR.
As I'm sure you know, license renewal is eight months away! That means all exisiting sales people NOT in their first renewal period are required to have 21 credit hours of continuing education to renew their license, and continue doing business! KCAR wanted to make sure that you are prepared for renewal!
