The Kent County Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee is offering its next class on September 17th at Grotto Pizza in Dover!
Taught by Michael Rushe of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork, and Fisher, he will be teaching a module 6 course titled Landlord Tenant Code. The class will run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with lunch being served from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, provided by KCAR.
On Thursday, May 14, 2015 NAR President Chris Polychron testified before the U.S. House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance on the need for a grace period before enforcing the new regulations on the real estate settlement process.
Last night, KCAR held its 5th Annual Summer BBQ on Thursday, August 20th. Over sixteen new REALTORS® were pinned and six members were pinned for years of service ranging from 10 years to 30 years! KCAR would like to thank Social Committee chair Sandi Unkrur and the entire Social Committee!
WASHINGTON (August 6, 2015) – Real estate firms are confident in the industry’s future growth and their increasing profitability, according to the 2015 National Association of Realtors® Profile of Real Estate Firms.
“A majority of firms have a positive view of the future, with 95 percent of all firms expecting their net income to either increase or stay the same in the next year,” said NAR President Chris Polychron, executive broker with 1st Choice Realty in Hot Springs, Ark. “The improving economy continues to fuel job growth, and while some markets are still recovering, the demand for real property is back, and prospects are looking good for the real estate industry.”
