If you haven't heard by now, the way REALTORS® do business will be changing on October 3rd. HUD-1 will no longer be used along with Good Faith estimate forms and the Truth in Lending Act disclosure. To make sure you are in the know, KCAR has partnered with some of our affiliates to provide our members with two dates so agents can be trained on the changes, and ask lenders and attorneys any questions they might have.
Registration is NOW OPEN for the Delaware Association of REALTORS® 2015 Annual Conference and Trade Show which will be held Thursday, October 8th, 2015 at the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.
The theme this year is #race4excellence and the goal is to get you up to speed with the latest and most efficient tools for your business. We hope you will find this event and all the contributing sponsors useful to the future growth of your real estate career.
In addition, this year each member will be provided their own “PIT PASS” to encourage you to visit the vendor booths for a stamp to be eligible for great door prizes at the reception!
